Paul, étudiant, est l’amant d’Hélène, une femme mariée d’âge mûr. Parti à Naples pour une exposition, il y rencontre Serge, au volant d’une Porsche rouge, un homme mutique et désenchanté, marqué par son passé de militant. Ils font ensemble le voyage du retour à Paris.
Paul is a student and loves Helen who is a married woman in her mature years. While in Naples for an exhibition, he meets Serge at the wheel of his red Porsche. This silent and disillusioned man is marked by his past as an activist. They are driving their way back to Paris together.
